On my day off, Brad was able to get off a little early and clock out up in Denali for a few hours. We were able to take a bus tour into the national park. It was such a beautiful day! The fall foliage is gorgeous, and we saw quite a few animals. What's interesting about brad and I is we tend to see quite a bit when we go on tours, we seem to be very lucky. Our guide mentioned she hadn't had so many bear viewings in one day in a real long time. We feel real fortunate to be able to be here in Alaska, experiencing the great outdoors, and nature it has to offer. So I have posted a bunch of the pictures we took from the bus. It was a nice day, beautiful weather, entertaining tour, and we saw a lot of wildlife. Only thing that could have made the day better is Brad getting to see the wolfpack, and Brad not being so tired. Waking up at 6 am and not having a day off in months has taken it's toll I think. Only a few more weeks of work up here in Alaska, I hope to make the most of it:)

We saw lots of Dahl Sheep!
Our guide told us that they put up this sign to keep hikers on the road, bears started to chew on it so they put nails all around it - which is hard to see - so now the bears use it as a back scratch!
Playing:)
We saw at least ten bears!
Sometimes being the passenger on the bus is much more fun!

Beautiful day concludes with an absolutely fantastic sunset. Could not have asked for a more perfect day off!
